YEDI Addresses the Hardship of Accessing Education for Entrepreneurs with Tuition-Free Diploma Program

YEDI’s mission is to bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and access to higher education.

NORTH YORK, ONTARIO, CANADA, January 24, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ — The York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDI) is dedicated to addressing the challenges entrepreneurs face when it comes to accessing education. That’s why the organization is excited to announce that its Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management Diploma Program is tuition-free for Canadian entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship is an important driver of economic growth with approximately 20% of the adult population involved in or starting a business according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. Starting and growing a business can be a daunting task, especially for those who lack the resources and education to do so. Access to education is a critical piece of the puzzle, but for many entrepreneurs, the cost of tuition can be a barrier.

“We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to succeed as an entrepreneur, regardless of their financial situation,” said Dr. Marat Ressin, President of YEDI. “That’s why we created our tuition-free diploma program for Canadian entrepreneurs. We want to make sure that anyone with the drive and passion to start a business has the opportunity to do so.”

The program covers a range of topics including business planning, marketing, financial management, and leadership. It will also provide students with hands-on experience through case studies, workshops, and business simulation exercises. Instructors are joined by YEDI’s extensive database of mentors willing to pass on their knowledge from their own experiences to help guide the next generation of entrepreneurs to success.
