Quoting from the Bible, Oduah, the 2023 senatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in his new year message sought God’s blessing and protection to his constituents.

In his 2023 development agenda, the senator remained enthusiastic that the launched Two Hundred Million Naira Agro Entrepreneurship scheme facilitated for his constituents will have a multiplier effect in strengthening their economic livelihood.

While outlining his senatorial infrastructural and empowerment projects mapped out for the New Year, Oduah expressed optimism on the impact of other existing programs he instituted.

She wrote in her new year message, “This year, I pray for Anambra North and its constituents; that God will release a wave of peace, joy and prosperity never seen in its records and we will spend every day of the year, rejoicing and praising Him for his many favors.

“I am particularly excited about the N200M Agro Entrepreneurship scheme which will greatly benefit farmers in our agrarian community, the scholarship scheme designed to raise at least 50 disadvantaged students from each LGA and the continuation of our low-cost housing scheme that is of enormous benefit to widows from every LGA.

“Our people-oriented projects and programs have seen you and your children benefit from the school blocks we have built and equipped; roads constructed or rehabilitated; the ICT centers; diagnostic centers; the market stalls; the street lights installed in strategic locations of our 7 LGA’S; the water boreholes installed in many communities; the many skills acquisition training programs designed to teach you how to fish as opposed to giving you fish; the citizen-oriented laws like for the construction of the Federal Medical Center in Onitsha which have already been passed by the 9th Senate; I facilitated the many who have their current jobs, the farmers in our agrarian community who benefited from our OMUEZE FARMERS TRUST FUND, the poor widows in our LGAS who were given new homes and many others.”

During his re-election campaign, the senator remained confident of his victory based on his performance.

“I am sure you will approach the coming senatorial election in Anambra North with the mindset of the people who understand the need to own and personalize our OLUCHUKWU campaign so that no one can truly talk you out of it,” he says.

“Therefore, this 2023, I remain confident that you will stand firmly behind my vision of continuing to push the envelope in terms of quality and efficient service delivery.”
