Andrea Sullivan grew up near Los Angeles, California, attended the University of Southern California (yes, the other USC), where she earned a BS in Urban and Regional Planning and Development. She worked for 20 years as an educational facility planner for K-12 school districts and district education departments from San Diego to San Francisco, overseeing facility design, construction, maintenance and operations programs, facility master plan development, and creation and implementation of school loan programs.
