The Real Estate Road Map to 2023, hosted by Midland Trust, will provide real estate market forecasts. Featured speakers will include a national motivational speaker and five expert speakers from different sectors of the real estate industry.
The evening begins Thursday, September 29 at 5 p.m. at 15671 San Carlos Blvd. Fort Myers. The event includes a unique networking opportunity during cocktail hour for the first 30 people to check in, a 50/50 raffle, appetizers and drinks.
All proceeds will be donated to the Guardian ad Litem Foundation’s Bedz for Kidz program. The program provides beds, cribs, dressers and blankets to children in need and has served over 3,000 youth in Southwest Florida.
Ron Frost, A motivational speaker, business coach and author introduces the evening. The following Mr. Frost will be the expert speaker:
¦ Economist, Amir Neto: Director of the Regional Economic Research Institute and Assistant Professor of Economics at Florida Gulf Coast University. He will focus on issues related to local labor markets, economic impact and city facilities.
¦ Real Estate Attorney, Christopher Pope: Mr. Pope joined the Pavese law firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2018. He is recognized by the Florida Bar as a board-certified specialist in three practice areas: condominium and proposed development law; real estate law; and building law.
¦ Mortgage Officer, Dan Cronin: Mr. Cronin is senior vice president and home loan officer for the McGregor office. He spent the first half of his career in the automotive industry and relocated to Florida in 2005 and began his career in mortgage finance.
¦ Real Estate Agents, SWFL REIA, Jeff Tumbarello: In 2003, Mr. Tumbarello founded the SouthWest Florida Real Estate Investment Association with three other SWFL RE investors. He is a local expert and data source for current real estate trends in foreclosures.
¦ Property Manager, SWFL REIA, Mike Lyons: Mr. Lyon’s expertise lies in property management. He currently manages several hundred properties in Lee County (specifically Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers Lehigh Acres and Bonita Springs). He is one of the few investors who also enjoy property management.
Topics covered by speakers include mortgages and interest rates, rules and regulations for buying and managing real estate, the seasonality of the Southwest Florida market, and a national and regional economic update.
