WTD Development Appoints President of Commercial Construction
WTD Development & Construction, a real estate and general construction company, has appointed Michael Clutts as President of Commercial Construction.
Prior to his new role, Clutts was the company’s vice president of construction. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Clutts manages all contractors, scheduling, procurement inspections, testing and commercial project completion that WTD Development & Construction undertakes for its local and regional clients.
“Based on Michael’s years of construction experience, I am very confident that he is the perfect fit for our business and will help us tremendously as we grow,” said William Plise, manager of WTD.

The longtime real estate agent is coming out of retirement to work with his daughter
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty announced the return of longtime collaborator Jac Lindell, who has come out of retirement to join forces with his daughter Ashea Lindell-Gray.
The Lindell family has deep roots in the Las Vegas Valley and gave their name to both Lindell Road and Eldora Avenue.
“We are very pleased to have a first class sales representative back in business,” said Bob Hamrick, CEO and Chairman of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. “But more importantly, we are thrilled that Ashea, a new generation of real estate agents, has chosen to start their career with us.”
The Lindell family has been in Las Vegas since 1949 when Jac Lindell’s grandfather, Harry Lindell, and father, Jack W. Lindell, began buying property.
Jack W. Lindell eventually acquired 40 acres on the northwest corner of Sahara Avenue and Decatur Boulevard and became a self-made millionaire.
Jac Lindell’s real estate career includes appointment as Clark County planning commissioner and appointment as national real estate spokesman and has consistently ranked in the top 1 percent of real estate agents throughout most of his career.
“As Las Vegas natives, both Ashea and I have extensive, personal knowledge of the neighborhood known as Section 10, which runs from Sahara Avenue to Desert Inn Road and Rainbow Boulevard to Buffalo Drive, which is where I specialized for many years and Ashea grew up,” Jac Lindell said. “Eldora Avenue, just south of Sahara Avenue, was named after my mother.”
People around town may know Jac Lindell for the many classic cars and hot rods he drives around town.
Ashea Lindell-Gray, who has over a decade of hospitality experience, is also an accomplished singer, professional billiards player and mother of three. She will work closely with her father and husband Jeff Gray, who also recently joined the Lindell team.

Dermody Properties hires new VP
Dermody Properties, a national private equity real estate investment, development and management firm focused solely on the logistics real estate sector, has hired Pearce Dermody as vice president and investment manager in Nevada.
Dermody brings extensive experience in the federal funding process, zoning policies and cost structures – all critical to working with federal agencies, stakeholders and investors. He will be responsible for sourcing and managing acquisitions and developing logistics products throughout Nevada. Dermody will support and work closely with John Ramous, partner in Nevada.
Prior to Dermody Properties, Dermody was a vice president at Atalyst Financial Group, where he served on the executive team and initiated, developed and executed investment banking, securities, mortgage brokerage and real estate brokerage transactions.

Building in downtown Las Vegas sells office condominiums
Miltson Consulting recently completed the sale of its first office condominium at The Office, a two-story, newly remodeled downtown building at Las Vegas Boulevard North and Gass Avenue. Originally designed for the Nevada National Bank and built in 1963, the historic building’s classic architecture is hard to find in Las Vegas.
Gallian Welker & Associates, a full-service law firm specializing in veterans’ disability appeals, personal injury, family law, business and commercial law, and civil rights, purchased more than 2,900 square feet in the building that now houses The Office. The transaction amount was $1,179,870. The firm’s new office will officially open to the public on October 1st.
