NEW ORLEANS

dr Louis Hebert joined Medical Group of Our Lady of the Lake as a specialist in ear, nose and throat medicine in the service of the north coast.

Hebert has joined the staff at Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group ENT Clinic in Slidell. He has more than 38 years of experience as an ear, nose and throat doctor.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Nicholls State University and a medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans.

Lynn Ann Plaisance is now Director of Family Services for New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity.

Plaisance most recently practiced law in Missouri and was appointed by the courts to represent children allegedly victims of abuse and neglect.

She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and her law degree from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center

Vincenzo Carona has joined it St. Tammany Corp. as entrepreneur-in-residence and program manager.

St. Tammany Corp. recently launched Startup Northshore, a three-year pilot program to foster innovation, productivity and business creation.

Caronna earned a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from LSU.

Baton Rouge

Bryan Bresler was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CST real estate services for apartment buildings and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CST land developer.

Bresler has supported CST Land Developers for several years on four major affordable housing developments in the capital area: Morningside at Juban Lakes, The Reserve at Juban Lakes, The Reserve at Howell Place and The Reserve at Joor Place

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a master’s of business administration degree from Ohio University.

Cloth Wilson was named Director of Technology of Southern University Ag Center and the College of Agricultural, Family and Consumer Sciences.

Wilson is Assistant Director of Information Technology for the Southern University System and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in forensics and criminology from Southern University and a master’s degree in information technology from Capella University.

Jeffrey Zewe joined Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson’s Insurance Regulatory Division at its Baton Rouge office.

Zewe spent the last eight years as Deputy Insurance Commissioner and chief market regulator of the insurance industry in Louisiana.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of New Orleans and a law degree from the College of Law at Loyola University of New Orleans.
