Law & Order hunk Christopher Meloni discusses being branded a ‘Zaddy’ at age 61

Christopher Meloni has spoken out about being branded a “zaddy” at 61 after his smoldering shirtless snaps sent fans into a frenzy.

The Law & Order hunk, who set hearts racing when he stripped for a Peloton ad earlier this year, said it was an “honour” to be lauded by fans for his chiseled figure.

Posing for a smoldering PEOPLE cover, he said: “It’s a second act to some degree.

“It’s a gas. It is fun. I don’t know, has anyone else been crowned Zaddy? Once it’s awarded to you, you simply have to ride that horse for as long as you can.

The star, who shares two children with wife Sherman Williams, said his family was amused by his newfound status as a sex symbol.

He said, “My wife, she’s lovely, she understands. That means she’s like, “Eh, whatever.” My kids, on the other hand, say, “Really? For real?”

“Their friends will send them a meme that came out or whatever.”

“But I secretly think in their hearts they understand. It’s cool because we all have a good time with it. My kids’ friends blast my chops, but it’s all fun. It is a honor.’

The actor is as well known for his handsome physique as he is for his outstanding on-screen skills, leaving fans in a frenzy with his shirtless physique.

Back in July, the veteran actor was completely nude when he starred in a hilarious commercial for home fitness company Peloton that was released on Thursday.

The handsome star didn’t wear a single stitch of clothing apart from white tennis shoes and socks as he worked out for the hilarious minute-long clip in the buff.

He showed off his muscular physique as he completed multiple workouts, including dumbbell squats, overhead kicks, bicep curls, yoga and cardio kickboxing.

Christopher donned his best salesman’s cap as he said: “Some people seem to find the way I train strange. I honestly don’t get it.’

He is then shown how to select a class in the Peloton app before getting to the punch line: “I don’t find using the Peloton app weird at all.

“Sure, they’re famous for their amazing gear. But the app motivates me to do a lot of different workouts like yoga, cardio, meditation and strength training.”

He then hilariously goes on an outdoor run while fully fit when a dog barks at him.

Then came the voice-over: “In the Peloton community, users are represented by two separate but equally motivated groups.

“Those who wear pants… and Christopher Meloni.”

Christopher is no stranger to posing nude, having famously been nude on the cover of Men’s Health magazine last year.

Giving people what they wanted, Meloni stripped naked for the cover, masking his family heirlooms with a weight and nothing else.

He and Sherman were first introduced in 1989 while he was working on a TV show in which he acted and she was the production designer, he told Your Tango in 2006.

When she arrived at work on a Harley wearing retro sunglasses and a cropped blonde hairstyle, he thought, “I should know that,” only to realize she had a boyfriend.

A few years later, when they were both single, they began a romantic relationship and in the mid-1990s they married.

Their wedding on a Malibu beach was reportedly medieval in style, as seen in Chris’ picture, which includes flags reminiscent of the Middle Ages.
