Cutler and Cavallari split in 2020 and initially fought over money and child custody, but have since settled into an amicable co-parenting relationship.

According to the divorce settlement obtained by PEOPLE, she was allowed to “use marital funds” to buy a new home.

The stunning residence – which Cavallari said was “calling my name” – sits on 28 acres of land that includes a chicken coop, a vegetable garden, a personal greenhouse, berry bushes and apple trees.

“Having bees and honey and a coop makes me so happy,” said the Denver, Colorado native.
