WASHINGTON, DC – US Senators Shelley Moore Capito (RW.Va.) and Joe Manchin (DW.Va.), both members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $4,778,562 from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for multiple projects across West Virginia on.
“It’s great to see the National Science Foundation investing again in programs that advance important research initiatives in West Virginia,” said Senator Capito. “These projects will advance important work at West Virginia University, the University of Charleston, Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College, Mountwest Community and Technical College and Bridgeville Community and Technical College, which will help create unique and beneficial opportunities create for us students. I will continue to advocate for the funding our institutions need to make a greater impact.”
